Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original marketing materials, graphics, strategies, and content created by SMART SYSTEMS LLC remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

Clients retain ownership of their existing trademarks, logos, and business assets.

Limitation of Liability

SMART SYSTEMS LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website interruptions, third-party platform changes, or marketing performance fluctuations.

While we strive to achieve strong marketing results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue outcomes.

Third-Party Platforms

Termination
